I am a psychotherapist based out of Owen Sound, ON with diverse experience working in the healthcare, post-secondary education and community agency sector. I have worked in the areas of accessibility advocating for clients with disabilities and mental health issues, and had the privilege of developing and helping to oversee addiction and mental health outreach programming in two First Nation communities for close to 3 years.
