Ian Heft was excited (and a bit nervous at the beginning) to be the first ART clinician in Owen Sound and Grey and Bruce counties when he started out, but the incredible results spoke for themselves and soon many clients began to experience ART and colleagues began wanting to learn more about this modality.
Trainings took him throughout Canada and the US as he gained experience in ART and became the first Ontario-based ART trainer.
Learn more about this game-changing modality. If you are a client you can begin feeling better very quickly. If you are a clinician, you can revolutionize your practice and provide stunning results for your clients.

The Best of All Worlds
ART is informed by a number of techniques across the spectrum of psychotherapy including Gestalt, Cognitive-Behavioural, EMDR and brief psychodynamic therapies. It combines key aspects of trauma processing seamlessly and effortlessly to produce incredibly powerful and fast results.
Not Just for Trauma & PTSD
ART is perhaps best known for its rapid results with healing traumatic memories and PTSD symptoms but it has been effective with a wide variety of presenting concerns including nightmares, phobias, OCD, anxiety and depressive disorders, personality disorders, grief, and issues related to addiction, chronic pain, and more. It has even been seen to be incredibly effective with dyslexia!
You don’t have to relive every bad memory, and you don’t even have to talk about it.
ART doesn’t require you to recall all of the things that have happened to you, and you aren’t required to share any details you do not want to discuss.
