Therapy helps to examine the connection between aspects of our lives we may not regularly notice, including those things that are below the surface: our thoughts and feelings, which give rise to our behaviours. Exploring and understanding
with a view to shaping new habits is a way to secure long-lasting behavioural change.
In-Person or Virtual
You can go to therapy without going to therapy. Our virtual sessions are secure, convenient and flexible.
I am privileged to live and work within the traditional territory of the Saugeen Ojibway Nation, comprised of Saugeen First Nation #29 and Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation (Neyaashiinigmiing). I have had the privilege to work extensively in both communities and my colleagues and clients there have graciously welcomed me in their community and I am thankful to them for having taught me a great deal about the culture, history and traditions of the Anishnaabe people who live within the region of my home community.
